Here’s a basic skeletal version of all the processes to get your business approved in Dubai South Free Zone. These processes are very important to be legally allowed to operate a business in Dubai.
- Completed form
- Business plan
- Copy of existing trade license/ registration certificate Colored passport copies of the company’s shareholder/s and thus appointed Manager/Director for the new company
- Specimen signature of the company’s shareholder/s and this appointed Manager/Director for the new company.
- NOC from current sponsors (for individuals)
- Unit deed
- Letter of Intent, Registry Identification Code Form (RIC) for Manager/Director.

After the initial approval is the registration process. This entails paying the registration fees and license fees. After the fee payment, here are some of the documents you need to submit:

- Specimen signature of Manager/Director
- Passport size photo of manager
